Leadership Rooted in Trinity

Principal Jill Grant, M.S. Ed.

Our principal’s connection to Trinity is both personal and professional. She first became part of the TCS community as a parent in 2011, later joined our faculty as a teacher in 2016, and stepped into the role of principal in 2022. This unique journey gives her a deep understanding of the experiences and needs of students, parents, and staff alike. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Messiah University and her Master of Science in Education from Cairn University. With years of classroom experience and a strong commitment to Christian education, she leads Trinity with wisdom, compassion, and a genuine love for the school community.

What Sets Us Apart

National Lutheran Schools Accreditation (NLSA)

Trinity Christian School has been accredited through the National Lutheran Schools Association (NLSA) since 2012. Trinity undergoes the reaccreditation process every 5 years. This accreditation reflects our commitment to academic excellence, faith-based education, and continuous improvement. As part of a nationwide network of Lutheran schools, Trinity meets or exceeds state standards through a rigorous review process and ongoing evaluation. Our Christ-centered curriculum and caring Christian teachers focus on educating the whole child, academically, spiritually, and socially, preparing students for lives of faith, service, and leadership.

Highly Qualified, Degreed & Certified Teachers

All of our K-8 classroom teachers are not only state-certified, but also hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Additionally, 55% of our teachers have earned a Master’s Degree.

Best Christian Workplace

Trinity Christian School has been recognized as a Flourishing (highest rating) Best Christian Workplace two years in a row! We are so proud of being a school where teachers feel supported, encouraged, and happy to come to work every day.

Exceptional Financial Aid

We understand that tuition is a significant consideration for families. That’s why we have a generous tuition assistance program to help make a Trinity education accessible to all of our families who need it.

Average Class Size

With an average class size of just 12 students, Trinity Christian School is committed to providing a personalized learning experience for every child. As our school continues to grow, we intentionally maintain small class sizes, capping enrollment at 18 students per class to ensure individual attention, meaningful relationships, and a supportive classroom environment.

Christ-Centered Education & Community

At Trinity Christian School, Christ is at the center of all we do, shaping our mission, relationships, and growth. We partner with families to provide an academically excellent, Christ-centered education where students are nurtured in faith, character, and a love for learning. Our diverse school community welcomes families from many congregations, as well as those who value the integrity, community, and educational excellence Trinity provides.
